What we do...

The Dynamic Global Governance Group (DG3)
is an apolitical, non-profit organization established in December 2013, headquartered in Buea, Southwest Region, Cameroon. Founded under Cameroon's Law No. 90/053, DG3 emerged from a critical need to strengthen governance systems in both public and private sectors, recognizing that sustainable livelihoods and an equitable society are intrinsically linked to robust, functional, and well-governed systems capable of mobilizing and managing resources effectively.
At DG3, we believe that good governance is the indispensable cornerstone for progress across three interconnected and vital domains. Our approach in each area is tailored through meticulous research, impactful community outreach, and strategic advocacy
Our Thematic Pillars
Health Governance

Definition: Building equitable, accessible, and thriving health systems that prioritize the well-being of all, particularly vulnerable populations. This includes advocating for policies that ensure fair access to healthcare services, resources, and information
Approach: We conduct research into health system disparities and specific community health needs, implement community-driven health programs (like our flagship "Health for Reme"), and engage in advocacy to influence health policies that promote universal health coverage, gender-inclusive healthcare, and address systemic biases affecting health outcomes.
We recognize that persistent, systematic challenges across these sectors have historically hindered equitable progress.
Green Governance

Definition: Fostering a sustainable and resilient environment through effective management of natural resources, promoting eco-friendly practices, and building community resilience to climate change impacts. This pillar underscores our commitment to intergenerational equity in resource utilization.
Our Green Guardians Program
We believe it’s vital to empower children by igniting a spark of activism in children with environmental consciousness through connecting with nature. Our young guardians learn hands-on about environmental responsibility: the impact of litter, the art of sorting waste (plastics versus perishables), the joy of plant care, and the satisfaction of planting trees and flowers to enrich our spaces.
A particularly special element of the program is achieved through the compelling stories and folklore shared by our elders, the children earn how nature preservation has been woven into African culture for centuries. A tradition passed down with reverence which we continue to honor. It is implemented in local communities and our pilot activity was embraced by the community leaders and quarter council of Lower Wonya Emongo Buea, SW region Cameroon.
Financial Governance

Definition: Ensuring robust, transparent, and equitable economic systems that promote resource mobilization, fair distribution, and accountability. This includes advocating for policies that reduce financial disparities and enhance access to economic opportunities for all.
Approach: We conduct research into financial inclusion barriers, develop and implement community outreach programs that promote financial literacy and responsible resource management, and advocate for policies that strengthen financial transparency and accountability in both public and private sectors.

Therefore, DG3 is deliberate in implementing humanitarian and developmental projects, ensuring our interventions are always rooted in thorough situational analysis and prioritize a gender-disaggregated understanding of the local context.
